  1. We require a 30% payment during the booking process to make sure that your booking is confirmed.
  2. We only store the customer information which are necessary to place a booking.
  3. We do not save any payment card details either on our website.
  4. In case, you are looking to cancel your booking and receive the 30% you have paid in front, please contact us and we will be able to refund the specific amount back to the card you have used to place the booking.
  5. We can provide booking refund only 3 weeks before the booking date. After that, we will not be able to provide any refunds.
