- We require a 30% payment during the booking process to make sure that your booking is confirmed.
- We only store the customer information which are necessary to place a booking.
- We do not save any payment card details either on our website.
- In case, you are looking to cancel your booking and receive the 30% you have paid in front, please contact us and we will be able to refund the specific amount back to the card you have used to place the booking.
- We can provide booking refund only 3 weeks before the booking date. After that, we will not be able to provide any refunds.
